The location here is very close to a separate restaurant and the city center, making it convenient for exploring.

The staff here were friendly and offered us free parking assistance.

Had a really nice stay during winter time, recommend this place. Perfectly clean hotel, appreciated to be close enough to the cafe, restaurant and the road and the restaurant and local shops/markets and the main road thanks to convenient location. We had twin room with cable channels, a refrigerator, and a seating area.

The rooms were new-fashioned, luxurious, and the beds were big.

Very noisy city centre hotel. Entry was through a loud, smoke-filled disco bar and the dogs in the yard barked incessantly all night - definitely not the place to stay if you want to get any sleep. Also there was very limited parking (12 spaces?), the terrace restaurant was rainswept and over-priced, and there were bare wires in the bathroom light fitting!

It was wonderful...everyone was so helpful and everything was very clean and nicely arranged.

The room was a very pleasant surprise: very spacious, clean and modern furnished. The hotel is also close to the main turistic attractions of the town. During you're stay you should also try some specialities (the french chicken is excellent) from their restaurant.

The receptionist should promote aggresively the hotel terrace across the street; we missed it initially and we were very sad. Therefore, for eating and drinking, the hotel terrace is a must!!!!

The staff is the most important advantage - very welcoming, friendly and supportive. The location is ideal, in the heart of the city. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. We had booked twin beds due to unavailability of double beds, but still they offered us the preferred option. Impressive. The restaurant is also top class in terms of food and service.

On arrival at Hotel Anna,we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who showed us to our room. Our superior double room on the first floor was modern, extremely large and spacious, as was the bathroom. Besides being nicely furnished, the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, complimentary bathrobes were provided for use, free wired internet worked efficiently from our room, as did the air-conditioning. There was also a well stocked mini bar and safe. Free onsite car parking was also provided. All staff were extremely friendly, very helpful and generally spoke good English. Breakfast comprised a superb hot / cold buffet with a wide variety of choice and was of the highest quality.
